Muscular strength:

A healthy lifestyle is not possible without muscular strength. In our body muscles keep importance as they use most of the time. Without muscles power, a person cannot move even a lightweight object.

A healthy body demands strong muscles. To increase strength you have to train your muscles to do exercise, do reps.

Muscular endurance:

There is a difference between muscular strength and endurance. Muscular strength means you is having strong muscles. Strong muscles help you to carry heavy objects.

While muscles endurance means you have strong muscles. You also have the ability to carry out or move heavy objects again and again without tiring.

It means you can use your muscles to move heavy objects without tiring. Daily workouts strengthen your muscles. It increases the ability to move heavy objects with no difficulty.

It also leads you to healthier and stronger bones. Healthy and strong muscles mean good posture and stability for longer periods.
